Estos Términos regulan el uso de la aplicación Escapadas (la «App»), una herramienta para que grupos de amigos encuentren fechas en las que todos están libres. Al crear una cuenta o usar la App, aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.

1. Quiénes somos

La App la ofrece Plaza Labs.

2. Tu cuenta

Debes tener al menos 14 años para usar la App.
Facilita datos veraces (email y nombre) y mantén tu contraseña a salvo. Eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta.
Puedes borrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la propia App (Perfil → Borrar mi cuenta).

3. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no:

usar la App para fines ilícitos o para molestar, acosar o suplantar a otras personas;
subir contenido ofensivo, ilegal o que infrinja derechos de terceros;
intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios, ni interferir o dañar el funcionamiento del servicio (ingeniería inversa, sobrecarga, etc.).

4. Grupos y contenido

Al crear o unirte a un grupo, otros miembros del grupo pueden ver tu nombre y tu disponibilidad marcada. Eres responsable del contenido que compartes (nombre de grupo, etc.). Quien crea un grupo puede gestionarlo (invitar, expulsar, fijar la selección) según las funciones de la App.

5. El servicio se ofrece «tal cual»

Ponemos empeño en que la App funcione bien, pero se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». No garantizamos que esté siempre libre de errores o interrupciones. Las fechas que sugiere la App son una ayuda para organizaros; la decisión final es vuestra.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida que permita la ley, Plaza Labs no será responsable de daños indirectos o derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la App (p. ej. un plan que no salió, una fecha mal cuadrada o una pérdida de datos). Nada en estos Términos excluye responsabilidades que no puedan excluirse legalmente (como el dolo o la negligencia grave).

7. Suspensión y baja

Puedes dejar de usar la App y borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o cancelar el acceso de una cuenta que incumpla estos Términos o que haga un uso abusivo del servicio.

8. Privacidad

El tratamiento de tus datos se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, que forma parte de estos Términos.

9. Cambios en los Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos para reflejar cambios en la App o en la normativa. Publicaremos siempre la versión vigente en esta página, con su fecha. Si sigues usando la App tras un cambio, se entiende que lo aceptas.

10. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia, y cuando la ley lo permita, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales del domicilio del titular, sin perjuicio de los derechos que como consumidor te correspondan.

These Terms govern your use of the Escapadas app (the “App”), a tool that helps groups of friends find dates when everyone is free. By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are

The App is provided by Plaza Labs.

2. Your account

You must be at least 14 years old to use the App.
Provide accurate details (email and name) and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete my account).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the App for unlawful purposes or to harass, abuse or impersonate others;
upload offensive or illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
try to access other users’ data, or interfere with or damage the service (reverse engineering, overloading, etc.).

4. Groups and content

When you create or join a group, other members of that group can see your name and the availability you mark. You are responsible for the content you share (group name, etc.). Whoever creates a group can manage it (invite, remove, pin the selection) as provided by the App.

5. The service is provided “as is”

We work to keep the App running well, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. The dates the App suggests are an aid for organising yourselves; the final decision is yours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Plaza Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App (e.g. a plan that fell through, a mis-scheduled date or data loss). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for an account that breaches these Terms or misuses the service.

8. Privacy

Processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App or the law. The current version will always be published on this page, with its date. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and where the law allows, the parties submit to the courts of the provider’s domicile, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have.
